Are your products made in the USA?
Yes! All of our products are designed and manufactured in Los Angeles, California, with the exception of a few small parts that we have made overseas. We employ experts in the fields of industrial design, metal working and finishing, sewing and more, all located in Southern California.
What is your design philosophy?
We have a very close integration of design and performance that sets us apart from most companies. Our product engineers are also photographers themselves, who know first-hand the demands of high-end photography and high-performance lighting. We believe in building equipment that meets our own high standards first, before releasing it to the public.
What quantities do you keep in stock?
We keep minimum quantities of each product in stock. Some store items sell more quickly and may be temporarily out of stock - we will re-supply these items as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING & ORDERING
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees are listed below, and are calculated based on the total weight of the order. All customers will receive a TRACKING NUMBER by email when their order is shipped, which they can use at USPS.com to track their package.
How long does it take to receive your order?
Depending on availability, most products are shipped from our warehouse within 5-10 business days. After that, US shipping can take 1-3 business days. International orders can take 6-10 business days for delivery, from the time they are shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Listed below are the regions and costs currently available for international shipping. We will add to this list as we identify the best methods and costs for shipping to each country.

Track your package!
All customers will receive a tracking number by email which they can use at USPS.com to track the shipping status of their order.
International orders are typically delivered to a local customs office, and customers may need to contact their customs house to receive their goods. Additionally, customers may be required to pay local import taxes upon receipt of their goods. Check the import taxes for your country to determine this amount.
Still waiting for your package? Sometimes your local customs house doesn't tell you immediately when your package has arrived. If you are still waiting for your package, take your tracking number to your local post office, and they should be able to tell you more precisely where your package is, and when to expect it.

What is your returns policy?
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a return address upon request.
How do you refund?
Refunds will be either credited to the original credit card, or sent via Paypal.
PAYMENT & WARRANTY
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, and Paypal payments, all managed through our online store. We use Paypal to manage all our online sales transactions. Please see our page on CHECKING-OUT if you have any questions about using the different payment methods.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
All our products are warrantied from defects for a period of 1 year from purchase. We will replace any defective parts free of charge within that period.
